I am a tapestry weaver based in West London. My tapestries are about colour, texture, patterns and exploring different techniques. The materials are varied from wool, linen, cotton, recycled plastics and other materials and objects given to me. Inspiration is around me using photographs, sketches and doodles to create a design for weaving. Sometimes I use a cartoon but like to let the tapestry evolve organically and enjoy the slow meditative process. .
